Our little Airbnb in Rome was so inexpensive, especially for its location in the middle of everything, that I expected it to be tiny or really shabby or both. We were pleasantly surprised by this adorable little apartment.

The ceilings are hardwood
This is the kids’ room
The windows look out over a street with restaurants and people strolling. We were thinking of leaning out to say bon giorno in the morning, but we slept until noon.
We have a tiny balcony looking over a minuscule courtyard. One of the kids was excited about the line for passing notes across the way, but I’m pretty sure it’s a clothesline.
It has beautiful antique furniture
There are sections where the plaster is cut out so you can see the original brickwork behind it

    You find the best accommodations! Looks like a great deal and so fun to be in the middle where people live and not just a hotel 🙂
